The National Pest Management Association’s (NMPA) mission
is to communicate the role of the industry as protectors of
food, health, property, and the environment, and support
members through education and advocacy.

In 2000-2001, Brenda worked with NPMA to create a media
relations system, centered on regular, seasonal media
outreach, which would then be implemented by staff
members.

Sample of results: matte service articles (written and
placement), creation of fact sheets and articles for
long-lead publications.
